INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

CAT. NO. 37F WITH 37C ACC. J-BOX

1. Install the conduit (by others) to align with 1/2-14 tapped

holes to be used in fixture housing or accessory J-Box.

(Fig. 1)

2. Remove screws retaining socket plate and lift out. (Fig. 3).

3. Install accessory J-Box, Cat. No. 37C, if used on back or

bottom of housing. (Fig. 2)

a) Remove housing coverplate and gasket from insde

housing and discard coverplate.

b) Install J-Box and gasket using two screws which held

the coverplate.

c) Install the J-Box coverplate using the two screws

supplied

4. When installed in concrete pour or mortar and in a

situation where direct water exposure is frequent, the

concrete or mortar is to be suitably treated with a

sealing or repelling agent to insure that the fixture

housing does not remain continuously wet.

compliance with the National Electrical Code and local codes. The use of accessory equipment not recommended by

the manufacturer or installed contrary to instructions may cause an unsafe condition. Do not block light emanating from

product in whole or part, as this may cause an unsafe condition. Do not allow items such as drapes, curtains, screens or

the like to come into contact with the product or to block light from the product, as this may cause an unsafe condition.
